Rodolphe Kreutzer was born in Versailles, France in 1766 and studied as a French composer in the Classical period and Romantic period. He was also known as a violinist, teacher and conductor. He was one of the most famous violin players of his time. Rodolphe Kreutzer is best known for his studies on the violin. Many other famous people would have listened to the music created by Rodolphe Kreutzer in France.

Special guests of the SherwinJTB Theatre for this debut include; Anton Stamitz (composer and violinist); Pierre Rode (French violinist and composer); Pierre Baillot (French violinist and composer); Jean-Baptiste Bernadotte (King of Sweden); George Bridgetower (Afro-Polish-born virtuoso violinist); and Ludwig van Beethoven (German composer and pianist).
